It is interesting in the work that I do as a career coach and the majority of my work assisting people in their career transition after a layoff through the work I do as a consultant with an amazing company called RiseSmart (www.risesmart.com) that I see this transition point as a tremendous opportunity to really connect to oneself, to the heart, to why we are here, what we love to do and then take the steps to go live it. But do we need a traumatic experience to force us to do this – a job loss, a divorce, or other or can we take regular opportunities to connect with our heart and find the deep wisdom that resides within our heart? I say yes, I challenge you in 2015 to find that space and time, to connect to your heart at least once a day for 15 minutes – really listen and journal about what it is telling you and follow steps to live your passion and purpose each day in some way.
Please join my good friend Tah Groen and I on Saturday 1/17/15 for a small intimate group of 10 people to go deep into falling in love with you, uncovering your passion and purpose and tap into the law of attraction to manifest the life you want - what a great way to start off 2015 !!
